1. Who sells the software

The software is published by RaizeMedia, Inc. and sold through the AdeptShare storefront. “AdeptShare” is the new home of the RaizeMedia product line. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean the licensor and seller of the product you purchased.

2. License grant

When you purchase a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the product on one computer for your personal or internal business use. A separate license is required for each additional computer or user.

3. Restrictions

Do not redistribute, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the software or license key.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except where the law expressly permits it.
Do not remove copyright, trademark or license notices.
Do not use the software to infringe copyright or other rights. You are responsible for the files you convert.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product does not work for you, contact support@adeptshare.com with your order details. We will try to resolve the issue first. If it cannot be resolved, the refund will be processed through the payment processor.

Refunds may be declined in cases of obvious abuse, chargeback fraud, or use beyond the guarantee period.

5. Updates and support

Your license includes free updates for the current product line and email support. We may change features, supported formats or system requirements in future versions. We are not obligated to add new formats or platforms.

6. Trial versions

Trial versions are provided for evaluation. They may include limitations that are removed by a license key. Do not distribute trial installers as if they were full versions.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every file, codec, device or Windows configuration. Always keep backups of your original files.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Third-party trademarks

Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Sony, Panasonic, Canon, JVC, Apple, iPod, iPhone, PSP and Zune are trademarks of their respective owners. AdeptShare is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
