Same products, same licenses, new home. This page explains what changed, what stayed the same, and what to do if you arrived from an old raizemedia.com link.
What changed
RaizeMedia video converters are now sold and supported under the AdeptShare name. The website, storefront, downloads and support email have moved to adeptshare.com.
The old raizemedia.com domain is no longer operated by us, and we are not affiliated with the current operator of that domain. If you followed an old link and landed somewhere unexpected, start here instead.
What stayed the same
- Your license. Existing RaizeMedia license keys remain valid for the same product.
- The software. The current installers are still the same version 3.10 builds, digitally signed by RaizeMedia, Inc.
- The products you need. All-in-One, MP4 and HD/AVCHD remain available, with free trials and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Your files. Conversion still happens locally on your Windows PC. Nothing is uploaded.
Which products are still available?

The retired device products were presets of the same engine. Their functionality is included in All-in-One; separate licenses are no longer sold.

Why does the software still say RaizeMedia?
The applications and installers are still digitally signed by RaizeMedia, Inc. Renaming the binaries would require rebuilding and re-signing them; we have kept the signed builds unchanged. AdeptShare is the new storefront and support home for the same product line.
Billing descriptor
Orders are processed by PayPro. Depending on your payment method and region, your card statement may show PAYPRO, RaizeMedia or AdeptShare. These are legitimate charges for your AdeptShare order. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support before opening a dispute.

Is my RaizeMedia license still valid?
Yes. Existing RaizeMedia license keys remain valid for the same product. AdeptShare is the new home of the product line.
Where do I download my product now?
Use the download page on adeptshare.com. The three supported products are All-in-One, MP4 and HD/AVCHD. The separate 3GP, Flash, iPod, PSP, Zune and iPhone products are retired.

Yes. Orders are processed by PayPro. The billing descriptor may show PayPro, RaizeMedia or AdeptShare depending on the payment method and region.
How do I contact support?

The Buy Now button in my app opens a 404. What should I do?
The button points to raizemedia.com/order.html, which is no longer operated by us. Use the order page on this site instead. The rest of the app is unaffected.
Need to download or reinstall?
The current installers are free to try. Use the same product you bought, or contact support if you are unsure which one you need.
