About AdeptShare
AdeptShare is the new home of RaizeMedia, a Windows software line that has been making video converters since 2008. We focus on the formats that general-purpose tools handle poorly — and on doing that job offline, with a one-time purchase.
What we make
We make three focused Windows desktop converters:
- All-in-One Video Converter — mixed formats, MKV/FLV input, audio extraction and legacy device presets.
- MP4 Video Converter — AVI, MOV, MPEG, WMV, VOB and 3GP files to MP4.
- HD Video Converter — AVCHD, MTS and M2TS camcorder footage to MP4 and other formats.
The product line is deliberately small. We would rather maintain three tools that work for a specific job than a catalogue of near-identical presets.
How we work
- Offline by default. Conversion runs on your PC. The software does not upload your files to a server.
- One-time purchase. No subscription. A license key unlocks the product; free updates cover the current line.
- Honest limits. The current products are Windows-only and designed for SD/HD up to 1080p. They are not 4K/HEVC editors, DRM removers or YouTube downloaders.
- Small support team. Support is by email at support@adeptshare.com. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Brand history
RaizeMedia has been publishing Windows video software since 2008. In 2026, the product line moved to the AdeptShare name and domain. The software installers are still the same signed RaizeMedia builds, and existing licenses remain valid. See the RaizeMedia migration page for details.
What we do not claim
We do not claim to be the fastest converter, the only converter, or a replacement for a video editor. The guides on this site compare our paid Windows workflow with free alternatives such as HandBrake, VLC and FFmpeg, so you can choose the right tool for your file.
