Short version
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
- We collect the information you send us by email and the order information provided by our payment processor.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Your video files are not uploaded by the desktop software; conversion happens on your PC.
Information we collect
Information you provide
If you email support, we receive your email address, name (if you include it), order details and any files or screenshots you attach. We use this information to answer your request and provide support.
Order information
Orders are processed by PayPro. PayPro collects payment and billing information and provides us with the information needed to issue a license and provide support, such as your name, email address, product and order reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Site usage
This site does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and reliability. The site uses browser localStorage to remember that you dismissed the brand-migration banner; this stays on your device.
How we use information
- To deliver licenses, downloads and support.
- To respond to questions, refund requests and technical issues.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the site and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business, primarily PayPro for payment processing and our hosting provider for the website. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention
We keep support emails and order-related records for as long as needed to provide support, comply with tax and accounting rules, and resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and accounting requirements. Email support@adeptshare.com with your request. You can clear the banner preference by clearing your browser’s site data.
International visitors
AdeptShare sells software to customers worldwide. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it and to work with service providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.
Children
This site and the software are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated.
